These terms of use and sale (the “Terms”) govern access to, use of and purchases made on the website powerballs-ai.com(the “Service”), published by Powerball AI and operated by a self-employed individual registered in Belgium.

By accessing the Service or making a purchase, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
Powerball® is a registered trademark of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Powerball AI is an independent service, not affiliated with MUSL or any state lottery, and does not sell lottery tickets.
Powerball AI is a statistical analysis tool built on the historical results of the US Powerball lottery. The Service lets you:
Statistics can be viewed free of charge, without creating an account. Generating optimized plays is a paid service processed through Stripe, either as a one-time pack purchase (no commitment) or through an optional monthly subscription (see section 6).
The Service is restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by the laws of your state or country of residence) to use the Service. By using the Service you certify that you meet this requirement and that using a lottery statistics service is lawful where you live.
Powerball AI does not guarantee any winnings. Powerball is a game of chance. The analyses and numbers we generate are based on historical data and statistical algorithms. Past results are no indication of future results, and every combination has exactly the same probability of being drawn (1 in 292,201,338 for the jackpot).
Using the Service does not objectively improve your odds of winning, which remain those of the official game.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Powerball AI never stores your card details. Transactions are subject to Stripe's own terms.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order.
The publisher may change its prices at any time; only orders already paid keep the price accepted at the time of payment.
Promo codes may be offered from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, a code applies only to the products, amounts or periods described with it; cannot be combined with another code or discount; has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Discounts apply to the regular price displayed on the site.
Reasonable use is required: the publisher may limit the number of uses (overall or per person), deactivate a code at any time for the future, and cancel orders obtained through fraudulent or abusive use of a code (multiple accounts, automation, misleading distribution).
Powerball AI offers optional monthly subscription plans that deliver plays automatically by email on the morning of every Powerball draw (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, around 9 AM ET), and store them in your account:
Subscriptions have no free trial: the first charge takes place when you subscribe.
Launch offer: a 50% discount on the first month may be offered. It is available once per customer (one email address), on the first subscription only. The exact conditions (discounted amount, duration, regular price afterwards) are displayed at the time of subscription.
Automatic renewal: a subscription runs for one month and renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Each charge produces a receipt sent by email through Stripe.
Cancellation:you can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from your account (“Manage my subscription”) or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period: the service continues until that date and no further charge is made. Amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded pro rata.
Pause: you can pause your subscription at any time from your account. While paused, billing and deliveries stop; you can resume whenever you like.
Failed payment: if a charge fails, deliveries are suspended and payment is retried automatically. If the payment is not settled, the subscription is cancelled.
Changing plan: possible at any time through the billing portal; the price difference is prorated over the current period.
One-time packs: your plays are digital content delivered instantly, as soon as your payment is confirmed. By confirming your payment you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the plays have been displayed or sent to you, the purchase is final and no withdrawal or refund is possible, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions: by subscribing you request that the service start immediately, and you acknowledge that any right of withdrawal ends with the first delivery of plays. You keep the right to cancel at any time under section 6, with effect at the end of the current period.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence.
Creating an account requires a valid email address, which you must activate through the link you receive. You guarantee that the information you provide is accurate and that your login details remain confidential; any activity carried out from your account is deemed to be yours.
Refusal of service: the publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account, refuse an order and refuse any new registration in the event of fraud or attempted fraud (including false payment claims and abusive chargebacks), creation of multiple accounts to get around a limit or an offer, automated or abusive use of the Service, threatening or abusive language toward the publisher or its support team, or any breach of these Terms. A person whose account was deleted for these reasons may not create a new account. Purchases already delivered remain due; plays not yet delivered under an order cancelled for fraud are not refunded beyond what the law requires.
Deleting an account at its holder's request is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy; data required to meet legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, fraud prevention) may be kept for as long as required.
The referral program described on the referral program page grants a 10% commission on purchases made by customers referred through your link. Self-referral, multiple accounts and any scheme designed to generate artificial commissions are prohibited and lead to the cancellation of the commissions concerned and, where appropriate, closure of the account. Commissions tied to a refunded, disputed or fraudulent payment are cancelled. The publisher may change or end the program for the future; commissions already earned remain due.
All content of the Service (algorithms, design, texts, graphics) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Draw results come from public third-party sources (New York State Open Data portal).
Powerball AI cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from the use of the Service, temporary interruption of the Service, possible inaccuracies in the data displayed, or the use of the numbers generated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable settlement, be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Charleroi (Belgium), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your place of residence.
Consumer mediation: before going to court, consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (consumerombudsman.be) or, for residents of the European Union, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Powerball AI reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
